With the 2007 theme camp list now available, you might see that Hookahdome is not on it. It's no typo - Hookahdome, as a theme camp, is taking a breather this year. That's not to say we don't love you. We DO.
And if you love us and want to chill with us or say hi, a number of the Hookahdome peeps are shacking up with the good folks of Spoon Return Center, located at Evolution and Esplanade. More Hookahdome peeps will be spread out far and wide with a variety of other theme camps, and you can probably find out where they went by also visiting Spoon Return Camp and asking.
I'm pleased to note that the MAGIC CARPET ART CAR is back this year, after taking a break in 2006. Find it at Spoon Return Camp, or listen for the phat beats approaching from a mile away.
If any hookans want to chime in where they can be found this year, please go for it! I'll start.
I'll be with the Winking Lotus gang, also dome-less. We do not know where we are camping, a spot will appear when we reach the playa. I'll leave a message with HD/Spoon central.

This year, I am a Hookan emulator, albeit on a smaller scale. Munchkinland within the Emerald City Gates of Konsortium Village located at 9pm on the Esplanade wIll be serving hookahs, offering massage exchange, funhouse mirrors and all you can breathe helium shots for the whole week. If any of you true Hookahdomers get a hankering for some shisha, come on by. I owe you one.

the good folks at Mohammed's Mini Martini & Erotica are letting me camp with them this year - we'll be somewhere on the 9 o'clock keyhole - the minaret should lead you to us
no hookahs, alas, but martinis should be available in the afternoons - or come contribute a story to the book

Garreth and I aren't making it out this year, sorta like our on one year, off another year plan we've had since '05. Just got back from biking across a bit of Ireland, instead...have a blast slacking and I'd love to hear yall's thoughts on "green man" and if they're able to pull it off.
